Chris Alexander
Chris Alexander is the founder and president of Synergy Executive Education, a highly effective change management practice specializing in people centered change. He is an award winning business building strategist, professional speaker, and author of 9 business and personal development books. So far, Alexander's largest audience has been his two PBS TV shows, titled “Creating Extraordinary Joy” and “Joy in the Workplace.” His Synergy programs have been implemented worldwide by many Fortune 500 companies, government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions. He has advanced degrees in Organizational Behavior and is an expert at building high performance business teams focused on a shared destiny.
Dr Ariane David
Ariane David, Ph.D. is a partner in The Veritas Group, a consulting firm that specializes in critical problem solving. She was the founder of the National University Center for Organizational Excellence, and a special advisor to the Senate Committee on Organizational Ethics.
Her specialties include training managers and executives in critical thinking and problem solving, and executive and management development. Clients, past and present, include Fredericks of Hollywood, Amgen, Frito Lay, Geico and scores of middle market companies across industries.
Ariane is a member of the faculty of California State University, Northridge
and is currently writing a book on the importance of women’s leadership in business, politics, and economics.

Peter Lindwall
Peter Lindwall holds a BS in Chemical Engineering, an MS in Quality Assurance, an MS in Regulatory Affairs and an MBA in addition to CQE, CMQOE, CQA, CBA, CSSBB, and RAC EU and US certifications. Peter has an impressive breadth and depth of knowledge having worked project engineering, quality engineering, manufacturing engineering, and regulatory affairs in both startup companies as well as large established corporations. Peter is currently a Senior Manager of Regulatory Affairs at Edwards Lifesciences where Edwards is able to utilize Peter’s vast engineering expertise and regulatory knowledge for product development and sustainment.
David Markovitz
David Markovitz, Founder and President of GMP Training Systems, Inc., has over three decades experience in FDA regulated industries. David honed his expertise on Quality Systems when he had the rare privilege of assisting Dr. W. Edwards Deming, the 20th century’s leading quality guru, in several of his famed Four-Day Seminars. David created and led the Deming Roundtable, an intensive year-long cooperative effort involving eight different organizations working to implement Deming’s teachings and develop a Quality Systems approach.

After two decades in Operations Management with four leading companies, David started GMP Training Systems, Inc. in 1996 to help organizations improve their productivity, quality, and long-term profitability by implementing strategies focused on innovation, continual improvement and optimization of work systems and processes throughout all levels in an organization.
Gurpreet Singh
Gurpreet Singh, ASQ-MBB, CPSM, CPSD, C.P.M. is an Inter-national award winning Thought Leader, consultant, entrepreneur, author, coach and educator.
Gurpreet is newly appointed Program Director for Quality program at CSUDH. He is also the founder and head of consulting firm Strategic Supply Chain & Six Sigma Consulting LLC (www.sscsquare.com). In this role, Gurpreet serves as a subject matter expert on various functions within Quality Management and provides consulting services and coaching in the field of Lean Six Sigma methodologies, Procurement , Change Management and Organizational redesign.
Gurpreet is a PhD candidate and in the last leg of finishing his dissertation from Rutgers Business School in NJ. His research areas include successful deployment of Quality Management in Service Sector and Lean Six Sigma and Leadership.
Gurpreet Singh is an ASQ Certified Master Black Belt designated by American Society for Quality (ASQ), a distinction held by about 100 people around the globe. Gurpreet has received several awards. Most recently, he was included in the list of ASQ Fresh Faces, one of the 46 Quality professionals from the globe. He was also named the recipient of “ASQ Armand Feigenbaum Medal” for 2015.

Alan Ichikawa
Alan Ichikawa is a results-oriented Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, proven at guiding leadership teams in accelerating performance. Recognized for success in helping manufacturing, service, health care, education, and non-profit organizations improve performance; Alan has enabled leadership teams to realize over $1.5B in EBIT generation. Following a 40-year career spanning manufacturing, research, engineering, information technology, and human resources with The Dow Chemical Company, Alan recently set up his own consulting practice.
Alan developed an internal Baldrige program for a Fortune 100 company and is a recognized authority on Performance Excellence. Alan currently serves as the Ethics Chair for the California Council for Excellence (CCE), which administers California's Award Program using the Baldrige criteria. Alan served as the Judges’ Chair as well as the Chair of the California Award for Performance Excellence (CAPE) process. He served as a Trustee, examiner, and trainer for the Michigan Quality Council, and participated for 6 years as an examiner and team leader in the NIST administered Baldrige program.

Alan has a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and has extensive experience helping organizations improve performance through Six Sigma, Lean, and other improvement methodologies.
Bob Mehta
Bob Mehta is the Principal Consultant & Recruiter at GMP ISO Expert Services (www.gmpisoexpert.com) and provides consulting services in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Medical Device, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient, Food/Dietary Supplement, and Aerospace industries. Bob has over 26 years of experience, including as a Principal Consultant, in the Quality Systems, Training, ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and Regulatory Compliance areas. Bob is a Fellow of American Society for Quality (ASQ) elected in November 2014. He has written educational articles in the areas of Quality and Compliance for the following publications: Medical Device & Manufacturing (MD&M), Pharmaceutical Technology, Quality Progress, and Nutraceutical World. He is an adjunct professor at California State University Dominguez Hills and California Polytechnic Pomona and teaches courses on Risk Management, Total Quality Management, Six Sigma Blackbelt, and FDA's Quality System regulations. Bob authored the book “Implementing and Auditing ISO/IEC 17025: A Practical Guide” which was published by ASQ Press in April 2013 and it is one of the best-selling books based on information provided by the ASQ Headquarters in October 2014 and the book received a 4.7 out of 5 stars rating on Amazon.com (based on 19 customer reviews)
Bob has co-authored a book titled “Process Validation” and the book was published by ASQ Press in July 2016.
Bob is the recipient of the 2017 Simon Collier Quality Award given by the ASQ Los Angeles Section.
Dr. Phil Rosenkrantz
Dr. Phil Rosenkrantz is Professor Emeritus of Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering at Cal Poly Pomona where he has been teaching and consulting for 35 years and served as Department Chair from 1990-1997. He was also founding Coordinator of the MSQA Program at CSU Dominguez Hills from 1986-1989. Phil was an industrial engineering supervisor for General Motors prior to entering academia. Educational background includes Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University; MS in Statistics from UC Riverside; MS in Industrial Administration from Purdue University; and B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI). P.E. (California). 2005 Recipient of the Simon Collier Award. George P. Hart Award for Outstanding Faculty Leadership 1999. Outstanding Teacher Award for the College of Engineering 2012. Phil has been active in ASQ and ASEE (American Society for Engineering Education). Ed Matthews
Ed has over 35 years’ experience in leadership. He has held positions of increasing responsibility that include Operations Manager, District General Manager, Six Sigma Leader, Manager Quality Assurance, Lean Management System Leader, and his current role as a Corporate Process Excellence Leader at Honeywell International. Ed has received numerous awards for operational leadership and people development. Ed is a certified Black Belt (ASQ), Manager of Quality / Organizational Excellence (ASQ), and Lean Master (Honeywell). He has mentored and coached over 25 Honeywell employees toward their Certification as Lean Experts. Ed holds a B.S. Management and MBA from Rutgers University (NJ). Ed is currently the ASQ Regional Director – Region 7. He has held past Orange Empire Section Leadership roles including Section Chair.
Jack Dhuwalia, MS ChE, MBA
Jack is a senior member of ASQ 0701, has been the Chair of the ASQ (Quality) World Conference, 2012 and has served on the ASQ 0701 Leadership team.
He is a co-founder and a principal consultant of JD Consulting, specializing in medical products development, manufacturing, quality and regulatory functions. He enjoys problem solving, root cause analysis, addressing manufacturing and quality problems. His expertise is in design control, CAPA, risk analysis, FDA, and compliance. He shares his experience with OCRA, ASQ and USC.
He earned MS in Chemical Engineering as well as an MBA. He is ASQ Certified Quality Manger, Six Sigma Black Belt and a Biomedical Auditor.
